INGREDIENTS (White gravy)
75 g of butter
5 tablespoon plain flour
½ liter of milk
About 1 dl. chopped parsley
Salt, pepper
PROCEDURE
The margarine is melted in a pot.
Sprinkle the flour into the margarine.
Beat it together over low heat.
Add milk a little at a time while whisking and cook until the sauce thoroughly, stirring constantly.
Add the chopped parsley and taste the sauce with salt and pepper.
